About the Team

Customer Service department is responsible for overall customer experience Post purchase. Spearhead Customer Service deployment across the organization; End-to-end management of Customer Service & Service Delivery Platform; Provide Leadership in the domain in Capability Building, Pre-Sales and Delivery Management, responsible for overall operational planning & execution of the Service Centre Network
